**About The Role**
The Manager, Injury and Wellness manages the WorkCover Self-Insurance licence, early intervention program, strategy and administration of WorkCover claims, and assist in the return to work of both work and non-work related injuries, illnesses and conditions.

**About You**
- WorkCover experience, and an overview of Self
- Insurance Scheme desirable however for the contract not essential
- Experience with Return to Work and related industrial issues
- Excellent relationship management at all levels of an organisation
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Critical thinker with excellent communication skills
- Compassion, understanding and empathy when dealing with affected workers
