A leading global company at the forefront of cutting-edge vehicle design and sustainable mobility solutions is seeking a Head of Digital & CX to join their leadership team in Australia. This is a very exciting, newly created General Management role to spearhead the digital transformation, crafting and executing the digital strategy from the ground up.

This role will be instrumental in using digital channels to connect brand, comms, digital marketing and CX scopes to create strategic end-to-end comms alignment for customers. You will work collaboratively across the business and with agency partners to help define briefs, develop scopes, and deliver effective and innovative solutions, overseeing all digital projects, pre, during and post-purchase.

The GM Digital & CX must must have experience in Digital Strategy, UX, CX, Design, Technical Builds, SEO/SEM, Analytics, Social and Mobile as well as significant CRM experience. You must understand and manage the technicalities of Martech/Ad Tech, the integration into the business, and the measurement and reporting.

You will be an expert in your field, be adept at navigating ambiguous situations, and thrive in a matrix organisational structure. In addition, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills and possess excellent stakeholder management abilities. To excel in this role you will be a highly experienced, commercially focused digital professional, with a proven record of developing digital capability across large-scale, consumer facing websites, having delivered significant commercial growth and brand engagement across multiple audiences.
