Job Description

This role involves leading a high-performing Accounts Payable team through transformation in a purpose-driven organization.

The position is hands-on, with the individual overseeing Business as Usual (BAU) operations while supporting a major AP automation project.

Responsibilities include overseeing AP operations, payments, reconciliations, and expense management, as well as collaborating with project leads to streamline and automate AP processes.

Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with relevant standards and support the implementation of ERP and OCR systems.


Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Hands-on experience with system implementations and process improvements is also highly desirable.

Candidates should be quick learners, adaptable, and collaborative, with a comfort level with hybrid work arrangements.
