Accounts Payable Manager
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing AP team through transformation in a purpose-driven NFP organisation
- This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing BAU while supporting a major AP automation project
- Oversee AP operations, payments, reconciliations, and expense management
- Collaborate with project leads to streamline and automate AP processes
- Ensure compliance with NDIS and home care standards
- Support ERP and OCR system implementation (PeopleSoft + industry-specific software)
Sydney CBD, NSW 2000
Salary$110-115k + Super
About You- Strong end-to-end AP experience, ideally in NFP or service-based industries
- Proven team leadership and management skills
- Experience with NDIS (highly desirable)
- Hands-on with system implementations and process improvements
- Quick learner, adaptable, and collaborative
- Comfortable with hybrid work (initially more in-office, then 3:2 WFH once trained)
