We are seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Manager in a part time capacity over three days or shorter hours over five days to join this busy, fun and friendly non for profit organisation.

The focus of this role will be providing full end to end Human Resources management to a national business. Reporting to the CEO you will take ownership and execution of all HR aspects within the business.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a professional disposition are absolutely essential for this varied exciting role. Your effective organisational skills and ability to deal with conflicting priorities and deadlines will see you in successfully hitting the ground running in this fast paced fun, friendly and social environment.

**Your Day to Day**:

- Active involvement with the preparation of personnel files
- Provide monthly board management reports on HR and progress status on current initiatives
- Involvement within the recruitment and selection process
- Active involvement in providing personnel career development and training
- Review and maintenance of policies and procedures
- Ad hoc administrative duties
