Moore Australia (Vic) have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Services Officer to join our supportive Wealth Management team.

Our self-licenced Wealth Management division of Moore Australia (Vic) provide a broad range of expert advice to help clients protect and grow their wealth. As a Client Services Officer in Wealth Management you will provide administrative support within the Wealth Management division. You will oversee the client on-boarding process, the production of advice documents, regular client reporting and ongoing client relationship management.

This position provides an opportunity for motivated individuals to learn and develop their career in financial advisory/planning, supported by your Manager within the professional services environment. This hands-on role requires you to proactively seek further knowledge of the industry whilst building strong client relationships.

The role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

- Assisting with the discovery process for all new clients, gathering and preparation for all client meetings and appointments
- Supporting the preparation of Statement of Advice (SOA), ROAs, and Investment Reviews
- Managing the Corporate Action process and monthly cash reports
- Developing and maintaining ongoing client relationships

This is a permanent fulltime position based in our Melbourne CBD office.
- About You
- Approved/Relevant Degree under ASIC/FASEA education standards
- Previous exposure to financial advisory or financial planning within a professional services or financial advisory firm
- Interest and motivation to becoming a certified financial planner/advisor
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with XPLAN software desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Private Wealth experience will be a significant advantage however not mandatory
