You will be the first point of contact for clients and advisers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.
What you\'ll do:
As a Client Services Officer based in Melbourne CBD, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience by being the primary point of contact for both clients and advisers. Your day will involve handling a high volume of queries across various communication channels.
Respond promptly to inbound telephone calls, emails, and web chats from clients and advisers regarding products, services, and general enquiries.
Deliver high-quality service within designated time-frames to ensure all interactions reflect the organisation's professional standards.
Document all client interactions accurately and escalate complex queries when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to provide seamless support across departments.
