We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedBusiness Systems Analystto join our team on a 12-month contract.
This hybrid role requires on-site presence in Melbourne three days per week and offers the opportunity to work on impactful system solutions within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Agile business and functional analysis services, contributing to iterative development cycles.
Document business requirements and functional designs using user stories, wireframes, screen mock-ups, and other visual aids.
Facilitate negotiations with business stakeholders, users, technical teams, and product owners to align on solution outcomes.
Lead workshops and engage directly with solution stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Perform process re-engineering, capturing both current and future state workflows.
Develop and manage system integration specifications to support seamless technology interactions.
Showcase system solutions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in system solution analysis.
Strong background in Agile methodologies and functional analysis.
Proficiency in creating clear and comprehensive documentation.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
Workshop facilitation and stakeholder collaboration experience.
Demonstrated ability in process mapping and re-engineering.
Experience with system integration and UAT support.
