Overview
A client-side group is seeking a Contract Administrator from a builder-side background to join their Sydney team to work across retail projects.
This will be involved in new retail developments including shopping centres as well as upgraded and heavy refurbishments.

Base pay range
$120.00/yr - $170.00/yr
Our client is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing development team in Sydney to work with one of Australia's fastest growing retail funds.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in construction (ideally from the builder side) who is looking to broaden their experience within a client-side development environment.
Key responsibilities
Administer and manage project contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy
Track and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and budget control measures
Support Development Managers in the delivery of multiple projects across various sectors
Prepare high-quality reports for Project Control Group (PCG) meetings
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, ideally with a builder or construction contractor
Strong understanding of contract terms, variations, and claims management
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Ideally this person will have been working across retail projects/developments
