In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of customers across multiple industries — with a strong focus on the commercial aluminium windows and doors sector.You'll be responsible for driving growth through trusted customer relationships, technical support, and tailored solutions that meet the demands of commercial and project-based work.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales growth and achieve profit targets, particularly in the commercial windows and doors marketDevelop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationshipsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial construction sectorProvide product knowledge and technical support for aluminium window and door systemsManage a broad and varied client base across multiple industriesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and solution deliveryIn return, we offer a competitive salary package, ongoing professional development, and clear career progression pathways within a national companyHaving been in business for over 50 years, Alspec has remained successful because we are committed to ongoing Research and Development, testing and design excellence in our products, as well as the continuous development of our people.
