Join our **For Purpose** organisation as a **Capital Works Manager**, where you'll lead the planning and delivery of capital projects that directly enhance the quality of life for our aged care residents.

**About YOU**:
A proactive, solutions-focused professional with a blend of technical know-how and people skills to lead meaningful infrastructure projects.

You will bring:

- A **Bachelor's degree** in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- ** Significant experience** delivering capital projects—preferably in health, aged care, or other regulated environments—where safety, compliance, and care come first.
- A proven track record of successfully managing **large-scale budgets and multiple concurrent projects** with confidence and precision.
- Solid knowledge of **building codes, safety regulations, and aged care compliance standards**, ensuring all work exceeds expectations.
- Hands-on experience in **contract negotiation and contractor management**, from procurement through to project completion.
- Strong **financial acumen**, with the ability to develop, monitor, and report on detailed budgets and cost plans.
- Excellent **project planning and organisational skills**, with a results-driven mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Confident, clear **communication and stakeholder engagement skills**, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust.
- A steady hand under pressure, with the ability to **manage competing deadlines** and lead with calm efficiency.
