Project Management - Capital Works Opportunities

This role involves assisting with the planning and delivery of Capital Works projects, ranging from minor works to major undertakings. You will be responsible for a combination of building and electrical projects, including BMS upgrades, UPS system upgrades, expansions, security upgrades, switchboards, fire safety, heating, and cooling.

**Your Role in This Project**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:

  • Manage and deliver minor to major capital projects
  • End-to-end project delivery through defects and liability periods to final handover
  • Prepare detailed documentation, project briefs, and progress reports
  • Undertake strategic review of future works, consulting, and collaborating with key departments

**Key Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Autonomous, proactive, and able to juggle competing priorities
  • Experience in a similar project management position (construction projects)
  • Coordination skills in a live environment
