We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Leader to drive growth and success in our organization.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced marketer to take on a key role in shaping our marketing strategy, working closely with the leadership team and CEO.

As a key Marketing hire, you will have a strong track record of delivering marketing plans aligned with business objectives, driving brand awareness and positioning, and leveraging digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Marketing Automation.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in a marketing role
  • Proven ability to drive MQLs, increase brand awareness, and manage budgets effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to try new approaches to achieve results
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and measure metrics
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High ambition, energy, and a 'can-do' attitude
