Cross River Rail will transform the way we travel to, from and through Brisbane in the future. It will be a catalyst for 10 years of wider rail transformation across the whole of South East Queensland and it is already playing a key role in how we prepare for the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Cross River Rail is a new 10.2km rail line including 5.9km of twin tunnels running under the Brisbane River and CBD. It includes the delivery of four new underground stations, two new above-ground stations, accessibility rebuilds for six stations, the construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast, and the introduction of a new world-class 'ETCS' signalling system.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work on one of Australia's largest infrastructure projects and to be a part of something that will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.
About the Role
The Reporting Advisor role supports the delivery of the Cross River Rail Delivery Authority's performance and reporting requirements. The role supports the continuous improvement and preparation of performance reporting ensuring high quality, responsive to priorities impacting on the project and delivered on time.
This role is part of the Program Delivery Executive Services team and undertakes complex analysis of performance information and ensures that the regular performance review processes effectively engage senior leaders to facilitate delivery of highly effective performance reporting.
This opportunity is offered as a 2 year contract with possibility of extension

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Delivery Authority's regular performance reporting including performance review processes and reporting outputs within time, cost and quality parameters.
- Work closely with key stakeholders including the leadership team and managers to ensure that performance reporting provide transparent and accurate account of the CRR program's progress, risks, issues and opportunities.
- Preparation of executive level presentations, reports and other documentation ensuring reporting is high quality, fit for purpose and aligned to relevant frameworks.
- Under direction, undertake continuous improvement projects with respect to performance reporting.
- Provide coordination of the forward planning for reporting deliverables to ensure timely and efficient outputs.
- Undertake complex analysis of performance information into fit-for-purpose presentation formats.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in similar roles requiring the development and coordination of performance reporting within large, complex programs or projects.
- Experience in developing and coordinating and analysing complex performance information into fit-for-purpose reporting formats.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders regarding reporting requirements and ensuring best-for-project outcomes.
- Significant experience with preparation of executive level presentations, including implementing quality assurance and continuous improvement processes to ensure the delivery of reporting to a high standard.

- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to tight timeframes and high-pressure environments while taking on and implementing change.
- High level Microsoft Suite skills.
