**Your role**:
As the Reporting Systems and Compliance Advisor, some fo your responsibilities are:
- Provide professional advice and report on matters in relation to complaints, investigation, discipline, performance management and employee complaints.
- Manage the regular and ad hoc reporting requirements and data management relating to complaints, investigation, discipline, employee complaints and performance matters by executive management and external agencies.
- Develop and implement systems and processes to ensure the integrity, accuracy and reliability of data relating to complaints, investigation, discipline and performance issues.
- Manage the reporting of complaints, investigations, discipline, compliance and performance data for use by executive management of the departmental officers and external agencies and in providing Ministerial and associated briefing material.
- Provide advice and ensure compliance with related legislation regarding employees requiring blue card and teacher registration.
