Portfolio Reporting Advisor

About the Role
  • We are seeking an experienced advisor to prepare reports and provide strategic advice relating to the department's Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program (QTRIP), including related information for state and federal budgetary processes, Estimates Committee Hearings, and whole-of-government reporting requirements.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and analysing program data and information, preparing capital employment estimates, and providing timely and accurate advice or fact-checking for ad hoc requests from various audiences.
  • In this role, you will also assist in producing routine and ad hoc reconciliations, reports and dashboards, including assisting with the department's monthly Transport Infrastructure Portfolio performance dashboard and the whole-of government Capital Program performance report.
  • You will support and pursue improvements in reporting, TMR systems and business improvements, through assisting with data analytics, planners, guidelines and procedures.
  • In addition, you will assist in preparing input, analysis and quality reviews for the QTRIP and the State Budget documentation, including Budget Paper 3 - Capital Statement (BP3), Regional Action Plans (RAPs) and Service Delivery Statement (SDS), as well as TMR's Annual Report.
