Business Intelligence Analyst
We are seeking a commercially minded data analyst to drive business outcomes through actionable insights.
The successful candidate will operate with high autonomy and visibility, turning complex data into executive-ready dashboards without any people management responsibilities.
You will report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and collaborate with key teams across the business to build and deliver accurate, strategic insights.
The role requires strong expertise in Power BI and SQL, commercial understanding of franchise operations and learning metrics, and ability to operate independently and deliver results.
Main Responsibilities:
Builld and deliver accurate, executive-ready dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and QlikView
Lead reporting across student performance, marketing campaigns, financial metrics, and franchisee operations
Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy standards
Support AI-readiness initiatives with structured, clean data pipelines
Requirements:
7–10 years' experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles
Strong expertise in Power BI and SQL
Commercial understanding of franchise operations and learning metrics
Ability to operate independently and deliver strategic insights
This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in Sydney CBD, with 2–3 days per week in the office. Only candidates with full working rights and currently based in Australia will be considered.
