Our Strategy & Media Planning Comms team plays at the intersection of creativity, data and consumer behaviour, designing experiences that connect people to brands in powerful and meaningful ways. We partner with leading global clients across lifestyle, retail, technology and professional services, building campaigns that influence audiences and drive measurable growth.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As our Strategy & Media Communications Director you will lead the development of comms strategies that unlock audience growth and cultural relevance. You will use data, intelligence and marketing theory to shape consumer journeys across owned, earned, shared and paid channels. Acting as campaign architect you will design experiences that span the full funnel, from brand building to engagement touchpoints. You will collaborate with media, creative, technology and platform partners to curate how brands should show up within culture. Your role will also involve leading diagnostics, guiding audience quantification, championing innovation and ensuring communications strategies deliver measurable impact for clients. You will work closely with business leadership, investment teams and national leads to build collaborative thinking and support the agency's product development and culture.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?
  • Have at least 8 years' experience in strategy and communications planning within a leading media or creative agency
  • You will be an expert in consumer and communications behaviour with the ability to synthesise data into compelling stories and actionable ideas
  • Strong knowledge of core marketing theories, analytics and modelling is essential, along with the ability to apply this to validate or unlock communications strategies
  • You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, and exceptional communication skills to engage senior stakeholders
  • A passion for culture, creativity and innovation is essential to thrive in this role
