Job Overview

Main Responsibilities: We are seeking a senior professional to lead the development and implementation of AI strategy across our business unit portfolio. This includes driving customer experience, commercial, and operational performance.

This is a full-time permanent position based at our Head Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering trusted, secure, and timely data products that meet business needs across the domain.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and own AI strategy for business unit portfolio, bridging technical expertise with business acumen.
  • Design and deliver data products that meet business needs across the domain.
  • Prepare and secure endorsement for business cases that support data enablement investments and AI use cases.
  • Lead cross-functional team spanning strategy, data science, and domain architecture.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders and internal customers.
Essential Qualifications
  • 10-15 years' experience in Senior Leader roles across Data, Analytics & Technology.
  • Significant experience in a large, complex, data-led organization developing strategy and leading teams.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field.
  • Excellent people management and team development skills.
  • Strong stakeholder relations and influencing capabilities.
  • Customer-driven leader with ability to drive change and challenge status quo.
