Our client is the leading provider of comprehensive accommodation services in Australia. They provide a range of services, including hotels, apartment hotels, furnished corporate apartments, and corporate travel management booking services. As time has passed, they have transformed into a well-integrated and diverse company, delivering accommodation solutions that cover both Australia and New Zealand.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Guest Services Agent to join a well-established company located in Port Melbourne.

**Responsibilities**:

- Undertake guest check-ins to our clients properties following strict guidelines and processes.
- Property inspections and resets - check quality of clean of property and prepare for new guests by checking inventory and condition reports.
- Maintenance - perform basic maintenance (light bulb changes, troubleshooting internet etc) and attend as "consultant on site" for trades maintenance.
- Attend property "shows" to the company's clients, enhancing the reputation of the business to secure a reservation.
- Guest deliveries - on direction from HO drop off or pick up items from guest apartments.

Work will be around Melbourne CBD and Inner Suburbs of Melbourne.

**Skills and Experience**:

- An ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
- Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to change and have a sound work ethic
- Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent customer service when dealing with competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as an individual with limited supervision.
- The ability to work both on planned appointments and on call for emergencies.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
