The Daracon Group is comprised of multiple businesses that collectively provide an effective and integrated civil construction service to a wide cross section of public and private clients. A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Marketing and Communications specialist to join our dynamic and supportive team in this newly created role.

This focus of this position is to unify our approach and brand profile across all of our internal and external communications including our digital profile as well as managing any events and promotions across the Group. Whilst reporting to the Bid Coordinator and being part of a supportive team this remains a highly autonomous role, where your technical ability and superior skill will have the chance to shine, and you will receive genuine recognition for your efforts. Being a new role there is full scope to shape the role and use creativity to make a real impact to the whole business.

**To be considered for this role you will**:

- Proven experience in a similar role ideally within Construction or similar industry
- Be an autonomous worker whilst remaining a team player
- Be a creative and dynamic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement
- Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have strong organisational and time management skills in order to plan effectively in a fast paced, diverse and changing environment
- Have confidence in your decision making ability, particularly the ability to think outside of the square, problem solve and act accordingly.
