Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team
  • Deliver a brand refresh and ensure consistent, impactful messaging across channels
  • Create polished, executive-ready written content and corporate reports
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, acting as a communications and marketing advisor
  • Plan and deliver key initiatives with pace and precision
  • Oversee statutory reporting and develop marketing collateral that strengthens the brand
  • Bring creativity and flair – visual marketing/design skills highly regarded
Qualifications
  • Experienced people leader with a collaborative, mentoring style
  • Proven background in communications, branding, and content creation
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to stakeholders
  • Skilled at building relationships and influencing at all levels
  • Organised, proactive, and adaptable
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry such as Banking, Government or Insurance (highly desirable)
  • Degree-qualified in Communications, Marketing, PR or similar
