Key Responsibilities:\

  • Manage integrated marketing and communication strategies to support customer engagement programs, projects, events, and resources.\
  • Develop and deliver internal communications plans.\
  • Coach and guide the Marketing team to deliver strategic objectives.\
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing programs that achieve set targets and results.\

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading organisational change initiatives.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with marketing automation tools and social media platforms.

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Additional certifications or qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
