Job Opportunity: Senior Credit Syndicator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Credit Syndicator. This role will be responsible for pricing, structuring and underwriting non-flow and flow loan products originated in Australia/New Zealand.
Main Responsibilities:
Pricing, structuring and underwriting non-flow (asset finance) and flow (corporate / leveraged) loan products;
Collaborating closely with origination business lines on client-facing activities, including pitching and marketing;
Providing distribution insights to support portfolio management decisions;
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field;
At least 6 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably in a Loan Syndicate role;
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
Key Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Able to work effectively in a team environment;
