Job Opportunity: Senior Credit Syndicator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Credit Syndicator. This role will be responsible for pricing, structuring and underwriting non-flow and flow loan products originated in Australia/New Zealand.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pricing, structuring and underwriting non-flow (asset finance) and flow (corporate / leveraged) loan products;
  • Collaborating closely with origination business lines on client-facing activities, including pitching and marketing;
  • Providing distribution insights to support portfolio management decisions;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in a relevant field;
  • At least 6 years of experience in Investment Banking, preferably in a Loan Syndicate role;
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
