New Aged Care are a specialised Provider of in
- home care and residential aged care services to the Mt. Macedon Shire community and surrounds.

We are seeking to appoint an Accounts Administrator to join our friendly and enthusiastic team.

The Accounts Administrator will oversee the financial management reporting requirements of the business.

**Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)**:

- Overseeing all aspects of the finance function
- Completion of month end processes including the General Ledger and Balance Sheet reconciliations and production of the Profit & Loss statements for residential and homecare services.
- Preparing monthly financial reports and presenting them to the Financial Director/ Executive Team and External Accountants
- Producing and Maintaining Board Statistics for the Financial Director/ Executive Team
- Submitting taxation returns including BAS, PAYG and FBT
- Preparation and Payment of Superannuation and Payroll Tax
- Liaising with External Accountants
- Management of the company's financial systems
- Reconciliation of Home Care Statements/ Income Journals
- Accounts Payable & Receivable, including Debt Collection
- Prepare of Homecare package monthly statements
- Bank Reconciliations
- Policy/ Procedure development
- Meeting financial reporting targets as per agreed timeframes set with Financial Director/ Operations Manager

Previous experience in a financial health service setting is a must. Experience in community healthcare/ home care packages setting is desirable.

- Hold a valid driver's licence (Vic) and reliable source of transport
