**Your Role as Relationship Manager**

As our Relationship Manager, you will be the warm welcome that families remember. This is your chance to lead with heart and purpose every day. You will:

- Welcome and nurture trusting relationships with families from first enquiry to enrolment
- Create personalised experiences that make every family feel seen, heard and valued
- Partner with the Centre Director and Education Leader to grow enrolments and champion a connected centre culture
- Be the friendly face and professional presence that defines Harmony Griffin

- A full-time **Centre Director** focused on supporting the staff and business operations

**About You**

You are someone who lights up a room and brings calm to busy moments. You will thrive if you:

- Have experience in early childhood education or customer engagement (ECE preferred but not essential)
- Are confident using admin platforms (Xplor experience is a bonus)
- Communicate clearly and with care
- Love creating warm and inclusive environments
