**About the role**
Reporting to the General Manager we have an opportunity for someone looking for a 6-month fixed term contract to join Ventia as our Manager of Performance & Reward.
Located at our Beautiful Melbourne office with public transport and parking available close by this role will work closely with senior leaders of the Ventia business.
Options to be based from Sydney or other state offices will be considered for the right applicant.
**What you'll be doing**
- Facilitate enterprise wide renumeration benchmarking for a variety of positions across diverse sectors.
- Manage the Ventia employee benefits (Venperks) portals and website.
- Liaising with senior executives, business leaders and operational managers on remuneration advise.
- Writing papers for the board on renumeration and various projects.
**About you**
- Demonstrated experience working in a rem & ben.
- Self-sufficient analytical with well-developed computer skills
- Excellent communication skills and confident to deliver expertise and advise to senior staff members.
- Construction and or infrastructure or similar industry knowledge or background would be an advantage but not essential.
