One of Australia's **leading** Federal Government Departments is looking to engage a skilled and experienced **Patching Coordinator **to join their fast paced, supportive team based in **ACT.** The ideal **Patching Coordinator **will be responsible for building the agency's information technology capability by providing resilient, modern, and secure systems informed by data and insights, and to upskill teams to develop innovative new products and services. The successful **Patching Coordinator** will secure a **12-month contract **with **2x 12-month** **extension options with Lucrative rates on offer.**

The successful **Patching Coordinator **will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Liaising with the departments Cyber Security and Third-Party Vendors for the implementation of required patches
- Participating and coordinating regular scanning and testing of the ICT environment.
- Working as part of a small team to manage the assurance and integrity of the deprtments Systems

The successful **Patching Coordinator **will have experience in the following:

- Demonstrating knowledge and experience in patching, testing, and maintaining an enterprise sized ICT environment.
- Demonstrating ability to manage work hours and schedules to support maintenance activities around core business hours.
- Demonstrating knowledge of risk management principles and processes in context of security patch management.
- Conceptual and analytical abilities with sound knowledge of change management practices and techniques to enable innovation.??
