Located at our global head office in Kilsyth, Melbourne, we are seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our dynamic Finance team to support operations, this is a permanent position and is available for an immediate start. This is a great opportunity to join a globally expanding organisation with a product focus.

**To be successful in this role you will possess the following attributes**:

- JDE or other ERP Experience highly regarded
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (lookups)
- Basic knowledge of GST rules
- Accuracy in data processing
- The ability to work with mínimal supervision and meet set deadlines
- It will be beneficial to have had some exposure to a high-volume Accounts Receivable environment and reconciliations

**Your duties will include but not limited to**:

- Accounts Receivable
- Data Entry/Processing
- Reconciliation of Customer Accounts
- Debt collection and Delinquent Debtor reporting
- Allocation of payments
- Processing credit card payments
- General office administration
