**The Role**

The purpose of the role is to provide support and administrative assistance to the Group Merchandise Team. You will be responsible for contacting new suppliers, coordinating responses and supplier setup.

You will also be running and distributing specific reports.

Other responsibilities include general administration, team meetings and data maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate the setup for all new product suppliers;
- Support with loading supplier price support claim data, claim names A-C;
- Running, compiling & distributing specific daily, weekly, and monthly reports including range review, buying & supplier cost summary reports;
- National networking of specific items;
- Provide holiday leave support for other team members;
- Other duties as required.

- Excellent administration skills;
- Ability to work autonomously;
- Pro active and self motivated;
- Analytical skills;
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel;
- Working knowledge of MFG-Pro an advantage;
- Good product knowledge.
