We are looking for an experienced Visual Merchandiser to join a beautiful, Melbourne based, women's lifestyle clothing brand. Reporting to the National Retail Manager and Company founder the National Visual Merchandiser is responsible for implementing and maintaining Visual Merchandising standards throughout all stores across Australia (28 stores in total and growing), whilst training and coaching store teams to ensure Visual Merchandising standards are being upheld to Company Standards. You need to be able to analyse sales reports and pivot merchandising strategies to maximise profits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and implement regular collection launches across multiple stores with the opportunity of interstate travel
- Working closely with Store Managers to identify and recognise commercial opportunities
- Translate the customer journey through intelligent floor layout and attractive windows
- Maintain VM and store standards by providing consistent training with store teams

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Proven Visual Merchandising experience 2+ years a must
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Experience working in high volume retail preferably apparel
- Experience in Multi-site Management
- Valid driver's licence
- Creative eye with a strong attention to detail
- You have a strong understanding of colour, texture and decor in order to create that engaging and effective display
