Responsibilities Lead and develop the dairy/freezer department, ensuring high standards of customer service and product presentation.
Maintain stock levels, merchandising, and a sharp eye for detail.
Partner with the team to meet store goals and provide a positive, collaborative work environment.
Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service and support team members' growth.
Ensure compliance with opening/closing procedures, cash handling, WHS and Food Safety standards.
Qualifications Excellent communication, leadership and people management skills that inspire and engage your team.
Strong stock management experience, with skills in planning, merchandising, and attention to detail.
Energy, initiative and a positive mindset, with a genuine love of working with food and people (both customers and team members).
Flexibility to work full-time on a rotating roster across trading hours, including some early and late shifts, plus alternate weekends.
In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, WHS and Food Safety compliance.
Physical fitness for lifting and standing throughout your shift.
This role would suit an ambitious and experienced grocery/dairy/FMCG professional who aspires to step into a Section Manager role in the future.

Pay Pay rates are set by the General Retail Industry Award.
The 2025-26 base hourly pay rates for level 4 team leaders are: Weekdays $28.12 Saturday $35.15 Sunday $42.18 Public Holidays $63.27 Additional penalty rates apply to public holidays and some overtime and early morning shifts.
