**Description**:
The opportunity.

Working as part of a small team, you would play a key role in understanding our members needs and helping our members achieve their financial goals whilst ensuring all compliance obligations are maintained. This includes assisting members with their day-to-day banking needs in branch or over the phone with loans for vehicles, holidays and other personal needs.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About you.

In order to serve a unique community, we need a unique individual who is passionate about building meaningful relationships with our members, current and prospective, base command and internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

To be successful for the role, you will have at least 2 years' experience in a retail sales team, ideally within financial services and a high school certificate or equivalent.

**Also have demonstrated experience and skills in**:

- Achieving agreed goals in line with individual and team plans.
- Building effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Facilitating presentations to small and large groups.
- Picking up new concepts quickly.
- Time management with the ability to handle unplanned interruptions.
