This means we are on the lookout for someone to join our Sales and Member Service Outbound team.The opportunityWe are currently looking for a passionate Member Solutions Specialist to join outbound contact centre team working Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm in a full-time positionWhat are we looking for?
A successful candidate will have previous experience in sales and/or customer service and have the following skills:Adaptable to changing requirements of our membersResilience and the ability to handle a variety of different callsGreat communication skillsResults driven with proven ability to meet specific KPI'sWhat will you be doing?
As an outbound sales and service consultant, you will be responsible for:Making a number of outbound calls to members dailyHaving meaningful conversations with our existing members on their current RAC productsProviding support and general advice to new membersWork to conversion not product salesMember centric retention TeamYou will be trained in Auto Services and Tyres to broaden your scopeNot sales focused, KPIs are driven by booking members in for our servicesPlease note: We encourage you to apply as soon as possible as RAC reserves the right to close this vacancy without notice.
