Overview

Join RAC WA in Perth, Western Australia, to apply for the role of Member Solutions Consultant - Outbound. We are seeking a passionate Member Solutions Specialist to join the outbound contact centre team in a full-time position, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

What we are looking for
  • Adaptable to changing requirements of our members
  • Resilience and the ability to handle a variety of different calls
  • Great communication skills
  • Results driven with proven ability to meet specific KPI's
What you will be doing
  • Making outbound calls to members daily
  • Having meaningful conversations with our existing members on their current RAC products
  • Providing support and general advice to new members
  • Work to conversion not product sales
  • Member centric retention team
  • You will be trained in Auto Services and Tyres to broaden your scope
  • Not sales focused; KPIs are driven by booking members in for our services
