If so, Dye & Durham are on the hunt for a Head of Sales to manage our Australian sales team and help our customers and business thrive. This is a full-time role based in our Sydney office 4 days week and will be reporting to the VP of Global Sales.

**You will...**:

- Identify new customer opportunities and cross selling/up selling to continue market growth.
- Develop strong relationships with decision makers and influencers within key customers and prospects.
- Instill a culture of productivity and high performance by developing and motivating a team of Sales professionals.
- Use various systems and tools to monitor KPIs, track pipeline funnel and provide reports to senior leadership.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel, engaging customers frequently and managing key relationships to increase revenue growth.
- Collaborate with product, customer support and operations to share customer and competitor feedback to identify opportunities to improve our market offerings
- Interact regularly with the Marketing department to coordinate Sales and Marketing initiatives and to provide feedback on lead quality and Marketing messaging

**ABOUT YOU?**:

- At least 7 years of sales management experience with a proven track record of success - exceeding revenue growth targets, building a high performing team and developing lasting customer relationships
- B2B SaaS specific sales management experience is preferred.
- Experience in recruiting and building a high performing internal and external Sales team.
- Practical experience in implementing KPIs to manage sales activity and performance.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and effectively manage team's pipeline and develop forecasts.
- Strong communication & organisation skills as well as the ability to influence and adapt quickly.
