Job Title: Community Engagement Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging professional to expand our reach and impact across disability services.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will be the face of our organization, connecting with clients, families, and community partners to ensure a seamless journey into our Supported Independent Living (SIL) and broader service offerings.
  • You will collaborate across teams to deliver engaging experiences that reflect our values: Inspired, Courageous, Skilful, Responsive.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive client engagement and onboarding strategies to foster meaningful relationships.
  2. Represent our organization at forums, expos, and sector events to build strong connections.
  3. Collaborate with marketing to deliver inclusive campaigns that showcase our services.
  4. Use data and feedback to enhance service design and client experience.
  5. Foster strong internal and external partnerships to drive growth and development.
Your Qualifications:
  • Degree in Community Development, Communications, Business, Social Work or related field (desired).
  • 3-5+ years' experience in engagement, partnerships, or community relations (desired).
  • Strong understanding of NDIS and SIL.
  • Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for inclusive practice.
Requirements:
  • Full Driver's Licence.
  • National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Working with Children/Vulnerable People Check (or willingness to obtain).
