As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll be the go-to expert for all things recruitment.
You'll partner closely with leaders across the business to understand workforce needs, design effective sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
You'll be hands on but will have a supporting resource and will play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and embedding inclusive hiring practices.
What You'll Do Design and deliver innovative recruitment strategies to meet current and future workforce needs.
Partner with leaders to provide market insights and talent solutions.
Enhance our employer brand and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Use data and technology to drive improvements in recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead and mentor a supporting resource.
This role is permanent full time based at our Southport Head Office.

Minimum five years experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong leadership capability.
Skilled at building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practice and relevant employment legislation.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for insights and decision-making.
Passionate about candidate experience and employer branding.
Ability to obtain a Blue Card, open drivers licence and National Police Check Next steps...
