You will also be responsible for providing high-level project and operational advice, ensuring all written and verbal communication issued on behalf of the organisation and minister is delivered to a high standard, ensuring a high level of customer and stakeholder satisfaction is maintained, and that stakeholder concerns and ministerial enquiries are efficiently and effectively resolved.Accountabilities include: - Prepare and coordinate a range of executive and ministerial correspondence to meet a high standard of quality, accuracy, relevance, appropriateness and timeliness, in line with whole-of-Government and departmental requirements. Identifying, examining and analysing complex information and issues and actively identifying potential solutions to meet business needs. Provide professional and timely advice to other business areas through the identification of customer feedback trends in relation to key business projects and network improvements. Assist the Manager - Government & Stakeholder Relations with collating sensitive and confidential administrative information. Assist with the preparation and distribution of daily reports for TransLink Division. Assist the Government and Stakeholder Relations Manager and Principal Advisor to identify process gaps, skills gaps and business risks while developing opportunities to improve procedures for handling correspondence tasks. Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other divisions and government agencies, to ensure accurate and timely information flows while adhering to correspondence protocols and being responsive to changes in stakeholder needs and expectations. Actively participate in personal performance planning and appraisal through accepting and providing positive and constructive feedback. Undertake training and development opportunities that are identified as necessary to achieve work unit goals and gain awareness of corporate responsibilities through the appropriate induction processes and participation in other relevant programs. Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by complying with Workplace Health and Safety legislation, codes of practice, standards and departmental policy and procedures and participating in risk management and corrective action programs. Maintain and monitor documentation flow through RM8, Doctrak and other systems to meet deadlines.
