**About the role**:
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander recruitment and liaising with the TA team for opportunities
- Identify opportunities to scale and simplify the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Recruitment process
- Communicating and engaging with stakeholders, internal and external, to create awareness, and engagement in our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment programs
- Engage and build cooperative relationships with community groups, Elders and member organisations
Your work will support our new Elevate and you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Wesfarmers Indigenous Network throughout the role.

You are a self-starter with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
