Your new
role
We are seeking an
enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of
Manager Workforce Analytics and Insights.
This is a Permanent Full
Time appointment.
As a member of Workforce and
Organisational Development you will be responsible for:
Leading
recruitment and workforce data reporting for the Workforce and
Organisational Development Business Unit.
This includes
payroll, employee services, human resources NurseWest, and ACA
functions.
Coordinating and
managing workforce data analytics and reporting to support WA
health system workforce data custodians and customers.
This
includes the provision of meaningful insights and
opportunities, coordinating statewide workforce data reporting
across all WA health system entities.
Undertaking complex
system and process reviews and developing recommendations and
strategies to improve operational and reporting on actionable
workforce data insights.
Coordinating HSS and
statewide workforce data initiatives aligned with HSS's
strategic objectives.
