Job Description

Workforce Analytics and Insights Manager Role Overview:

This is a Permanent Full Time appointment for a Workforce Analytics and Insights Manager. We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced professional to lead the recruitment and workforce data reporting for the Workforce and Organisational Development Business Unit.

About the Role:

  • Leading strategic planning to drive business outcomes leveraging workforce analytics and insights.
  • Coordinating and managing workforce data analytics and reporting to support WA health system workforce data custodians and customers.
  • Undertaking complex system reviews, developing recommendations and strategies to improve operational and reporting on actionable workforce data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Developing and implementing high-level metrics, dashboards, and reports to inform key stakeholders.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of workforce data collection, management, and analysis.
