About This Role: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our workforce analytics and insights function.

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the health of Western Australians by leading recruitment and workforce data reporting, coordinating and managing workforce data analytics and reporting, undertaking complex system and process reviews, and developing recommendations and strategies to improve operational and reporting on actionable workforce data insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment and workforce data reporting for the Workforce and Organisational Development Business Unit.
  • Coordinate and manage workforce data analytics and reporting to support WA health system workforce data custodians and customers.
  • Undertake complex system and process reviews and develop recommendations and strategies to improve operational and reporting on actionable workforce data insights.
  • Coordinate HSS and statewide workforce data initiatives aligned with HSS's strategic objectives.
