As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking passionate and talented people to advance their career with Australia's largest family owned winery.

This role will be based at Peter Lehmann Wines in Tanunda SA, and will support the winemaking function and encompasses winemaking and viticultural trials, identification of processes improvement opportunities and some new product design. This diverse role will require hands on production in lab scale and commercial trials.

Job Requirements

Ideally you will be an autonomous worker, have a passion for product and process development and a love of wine. Enthusiasm and an innovative approach will be key to making this role your own in what is a fast moving and growing wine business.
- Tertiary qualifications in Winemaking, Food Science or engineering.
- Demonstrated presentation and communication skills.
- A practical understanding of winemaking and ability to conduct their own experiments at lab and commercial scale.
- Excellent organisation and planning skills including use of computer systems.
- Project management experience would be an advantage
