Winemaking Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Winemaker to spearhead our winemaking team. This pivotal role oversees every aspect of wine production, from grape harvesting to bottling.

  • Foster a culture of excellence among the winemaking team through effective leadership and guidance.
  • Ensure the consistent production of high-quality wines that meet stringent internal and external standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance wine quality, style, and consistency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, consumer preferences, and technological advancements in winemaking.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Winemaker, with a proven track record of producing exceptional wines.
  • In-depth knowledge of winemaking processes, including fermentation, aging, and blending techniques.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A deep passion for winemaking and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with traditional and modern winemaking equipment and techniques.
