**Context**

The new investing and wealth creation platform is now live. Created specifically for self-directed retail investors, the experience has been carefully developed with effortless investing and a premium user experience in mind. Investors benefit from zero brokerage ETF investing and low-cost access to professionally constructed portfolios. In the future, customers will have access to a broad range of financial products while enjoying zero brokerage fees.

Excitingly, the company is also expanding into Superannuation. This role will lead the design of the native app and web experience.

**Role**

**Responsibilities**

Hands-on delivery
Leading design for mobile, you will deliver an interactive and engaging mobile experience to help Australians build long-term wealth. You will manage usability risk and foster close collaborative relationships with product managers and engineers. You will iterate on product design within a unified design system, ensuring alignment with the desired customer outcomes.

Stakeholder engagement
Collaborate closely with key internal financial services experts to gather valuable insights and feedback on investing and Superannuation. Cultivate and maintain relationships with these stakeholders, actively contributing to your education in financial services.

Design innovation and iteration
Optimise activation, retention, and engagement, and continuously improve the user experience of existing features. Work closely with product and technology leads to instil a culture of building a world-class mobile product.

Design system maintenance
Act as the custodian of our design system, the Figma source of truth, and design processes. Ensure consistency and scalability by maintaining and evolving the design system to meet the needs of the evolving product landscape.
