**Job Opportunity: Assistant Portfolio Manager - ETFs**

Since launching in Australia they are experiencing rapid development in a growing sector. This role offers the chance to significantly contribute to the company's success, especially in fixed income ETF management and product strategy formulation.

**Role Overview**: The Assistant Portfolio Manager will support all aspects of ETF management, ensuring alignment with investment objectives and mandates, executing necessary trades, and monitoring capital market activities. The role includes daily reconciliations, fund reporting, and developing front office tools.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- In-depth involvement in the ETF investment process.
- Daily monitoring and analysis of fund exposures and tracking error.
- Interaction with market makers and service providers to support capital market activities.
- Contribute to product development and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Degree in finance or equivalent, CFA is advantageous.
- 3-5 years experience in asset management or related fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and VBA, with knowledge of other programming languages preferred.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and risk management skills, with the ability to perform under pressure.
