Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Brief Overview: An experienced Operations Coordinator is needed to manage a portfolio of properties and partners. The role involves liaising with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

About the Role: As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing our property portfolio, including coordinating with landowners, housekeepers and tradespeople.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage our portfolio of partners and properties
  • Liaise with landowners, housekeepers and tradespeople to ensure seamless operations
  • Assist with tasks such as cleaning, inventory management, maintenance and upgrades/refurbishments

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in relationship management
  • Experience managing a portfolio of short-stay holiday rentals or properties is beneficial
  • Short-term visa applicants looking for a 6-12 month contract may also apply
