Portfolio Manager Assistant

This position assists the senior property manager with day-to-day tasks, including managing a high-end portfolio. The ideal candidate has at least 12 months of experience in property management and seeks a flexible schedule of 15-22.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities- Conduct inspections (open, routine, ingoing, and outgoing)
- Organize and supervise property maintenance
- CORRESPONDENCE AND CLIENT ENQUIRIES
- Prepare leases and renewals
- Creditor payments and tenant invoicing
Ideally, you will have prior experience of 12 months in a property management role with knowledge of SA legislation. You should also have experience providing general administrative support, a current registration in Property Management, and a valid driver's license. Additionally, well-developed computer skills, including Property Tree or similar, are necessary for success in this role.
